SCARF volunteers marched in the 2006 "Fiesta day parade" held in vacaville on may 27. Owners and their dogs that were adopted from Solano County Animal Shelter joined in the parade and march. SCARF wants to continue to remind the public that wonderful dog and cats are available at the shelter waiting for their new homes and families.
