SCARF is a non-profit foundation operated by a group of volunteers with the Solano County Animal Shelter.
SCARF provides appointments and transportation to and from a low-cost spay/neuter clinic.
We also place homeless animals (dogs cats and rabbits) who have landed in the Solano County Shelter into permanent loving homes through our mobile adoption events in a variety of locations in Solano County.
We support and participate in the County Shelter's foster program which provides temporary homes with special care, feeding and medical treatment for animals that are not able to survive at the County Shelter, as they are too young or they may be sick or they may require behavior and training assistance that is beyond what the County can provide.
100% of your donations goes toward the care of animals in need, because SCARF is an all volunteer organization.
